CAMPAIGNS

EIA's work takes place within the following core campaign areas:

Species in Peril
EIA's Species in Peril programme focuses on endangered species that are threatened with extinction due to the devastating impact of illegal trade in body parts, over-hunting and the destruction of natural habitat. Our focus is currently on the following areas: Tigers, Elephants, Cetaceans and Orangutans.

Forests for the World
The Forests for the World programme focuses on the damaging effect deforestation and illegal logging activities have on the world's forests and the species that inhabit them. The campaign also highlights the detrimental effect deforestation has on the quality of our environment.

Global Environment
EIA's Global Environment programme highlights threats to the shared environment of man and wildlife with particular emphasis on exposing the illegal trade in Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS).
