TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • 1. No purchase or donation necessary. For your chance to win simply enter your details on the form at www.eia-international.org/competition

  • 2. The winner will be notified according to the details submitted, please take care when entering. If an invalid entry is drawn an alternative winner will be chosen at random.

  • 3. There is no off-line entry to this competition.

  • 4. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday 30th September 2009.

  • 5. Only one entry per person.

  • 6. Entrants must be 18 years or over.

  • 7. Entrants must be residents of the UK.

  • 8. The first winner randomly selected from all eligible entrants will win a Minox Digital Spy Camera and a place on the Undercover Experience workshop.

  • 9. A further two winners will be randomly selected to win a place on the Undercover Experience workshop.

  • 10. All winners may bring a guest of their choice to the Undercover Experience.

  • 11. The Undercover Experience will take place in Islington, London.

  • 12. EIA will provide lunch and all equipment necessary for the experience, but will not be able to cover any other costs, for example those associated with travel or accommodation.

  • 13. The date of the Undercover Experience will be set by EIA and will not be negotiable.

  • 14. If the winner cannot attend the workshop they may nominate another person to attend.

  • 15. EIA will not be responsible for mailing the Minox Digital Spy Camera if the winner cannot attend the Undercover Experience.

  • 16. The Environmental Investigations Agency’s (EIA) decision is final and will not enter into correspondence about the results of the Free Prize Draw.

  • 17. Entries made using automated competition entry systems or similar are not allowed. If EIA believes such a system has been used we reserve the right to disqualify these entries.

  • 18. All attendees of the Undercover Experience will have to sign a confidentiality agreement.

  • 19. All attendees of the Undercover Experience will be asked to sign a disclaimer to ensure they will not use their experience to engage in any illegal or harmful activity.

  • 20. EIA reserves the right to refuse attendance to the Undercover Experience if they believe attendees may use their experience to engage in any illegal or harmful activity.

  • 21. The winners may be asked to participate in press or PR activity relating to the campaign and must agree to have their name published.
