Explanation of search options

Any
This will match if one or more of your keywords is found in a document. For instance, the search term tiger population will match documents that contain tiger OR population. This is the most flexible and forgiving search method, will usually generate results but may not be specific enough for many users.

All
This is the standard search method (used by the 'Quick Search'). It will match only if every keyword is found in a document. For instance, the search term tiger population will match documents that contain tiger AND population but not if they only contain the word tiger.

Phrase
This will match if every keyword is found in a document as a single phrase exactly as entered in the search box. For instance, the search term tiger population will match documents that contain the phrase tiger population but not the phrase population of tigers .
