These pages provide information on EIA’s activities in providing assistance to the enforcement community.

Since 2000 EIA has participated in and provided information materials to many UNEP-organised training workshops for customs and other officials (for details please see the 'Training workshops' link below).

We are committed to further collaboration with UNEP, enforcement authorities, industry and the Ozone Secretariat to assist the enforcement community in combating the illegal trade in ozone depleting substances.

We provide new and updated documentation on illegal ODS trade to national and intergovernmental enforcement authorities to assist them in upholding national and international regulations concerning prohibitions and restrictions on the production, sale or use of CFCs and halons.
